Edge Business Group

Growth. Together.

The Edge Business Group is an interlinked network of dozens of corporations, operating within Canada and the United States.  We employ a decentralized management structure with each company operating independently of each other, yet retain a collaborative and cooperative environment where each company may leverage the knowledge, experience and market of each company within our Group.

Our overarching philosophy is to centralize the many regulatory, accounting and financial burdens associated with small and medium sized enterprises, to increase both efficiency and streamline the management of each company.  By sharing a vast pool of financial resources, each company is able to maximize its growth potential by removing barriers to market expansion, such as working cash flow, acquisition financing, and capital asset purchases.  Each of our companies can focus on what they do best: serve their customers and grow within their markets, unhindered.

Accounting, and Financial

With a dedicated team of skilled accounting and finance professionals, we combine our insights and experience to transform each of our company’s internal processes and strategies.  We remove one of the major hurdles to expanding a business: building, developing and managing an internal accounting team.

Pooled Financial Resources

The Edge Business Group operates as one from a financial perspective: each company is an equal participant in the pooled financial resources of the Group, able to easily access the capital it needs to support its working cash needs, actively engage in acquisitions, and purchase the capital assets it needs to expand its market reach.

Corporate Governance and Corporate Strategy

Each of the companies within the Edge Business Group operates with its own Board of Directors and adheres to a strict set of good corporate governance policies and guidelines.  Led by a group of experienced business leaders, the Board provides stability and fiduciary responsibility, maintaining focus on long-term strategic objectives and goals.
